In "Soft Stories," my personal research diary, I embark on a quest to understand how softness shapes our experience of art. I am particularly fascinated by the emotional and sensory responses that soft materials provoke in physical artworks—how they can evoke a sense of calm and provide solace.

As I venture into the digital realm, I explore whether the softness conveyed through pixels and screens can have a similar soothing effect. Can a digital image of a fluffy cloud stir the same warmth as the texture of a cotton ball in one's hand?
